When I saw this book, I knew I had to check it out. I will be the first person to admit that I have some bad eating habits and realizing that its the main reason for my weight problem has brought about some real solutions to turn my eating habits around. I am really glad I got this book. I am making changes and I even feel better about myself.
This kindle book is such an eye-opener. I have been in struggle with myself for around 12 years now. I just don't understand why I can't trim down my figure and weight. I have tried following around 6 different diet plans and none of them can give me permanent results. This book has helped me understand my situation in many different ways. It has great advices on how I can control my eating habits and is also very specific on the type of food that I should indulge in.
This guide is delivers educational and practical advise on how to lose weight healthily. It helps you tackle the root of your problem for weight gain. Recommended!
This book made me realize the importance of eating sensibly. It features great insights about eating the healthy way, not just the calorie intake but the manner of eating. After I read this book, I was able to develop a healthy eating plan.
This book is a good read if you have emotional eating problem. Small and simple. Good guidelines to follow. Yes i would definitely recommend this to a friend with compulsive eating disorder.
If you've read at least a couple Reader's Digest type articles on diet and exercise then there is nothing new for you in this 15 minute read. This "book" gives basic definitions to the few terms and topics it covers without really delving into the mechanisms of any of them. It then goes on to give very basic common sense advice and refers you to professional help if these trite strategies are not sufficient. This would have made for a good blog post on Facebook, but it is extremely lacking as a product for sale on . That said, there is nothing really to take issue with as to the content, so I tilted from two to three stars.
This book is just what I need. I know and I have already accepted the fact that I do have a weight problem. For years, I've tried countless solutions just to get past this problem. I am so elated to have found this kindle book. It contains a lot of helpful advices that are easy to follow. Just by reading this book, I already feel happier and better. I hope that I can continue this new path that I am taking without ever going back to my bad eating habits!
